Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay has opened his third UK pub.
The Warrington, located in London's Maida Vale, opened its doors to the public on February 6.
Built in 1857, the imposing exterior of the building boasts a pillared portico and beautiful mosaic floor.
Inside, Gordon Ramsay Holdings have spent considerable time restoring the building to its former glory. The existing historical features have been sympathetically refurbished and fresh elements - such as rich, textured materials and furnishings - have been added.
The ground floor bar area is adorned with original features such as marble pillars, ornately carved and turned in dark wood. Art Nouveau friezes embellish the horseshoe shaped bar, with its stained glass, tulip-shaped lamps and an illuminated alcove. Features such as the bar's large marble fireplace remain untouched, retaining the strong sense of history evoked by the building.
The bar, with seating for 50 and a standing capacity of 80, retains the traditional feel of a pub and offers a pie and mash menu as well as a full range of bottled and guest beers, draught bitters, classic and original cocktails and other alcoholic and soft drinks.
The dining room upstairs offers a full menu revolving around classic British dishes based on seasonal ingredients. Starters include 'Dress Cornish crab' and 'Cullen Skink', while main courses feature 'Northfield Farm rib-eye and sauce choron' and 'Braised Gloucester pig cheeks with mashed neeps'.
Mark Sargeant, head chef of Gordon Ramsay at Claridge's, will oversee the menus and Oliver Williams will act as the pub's manager.
Ramsay owns a number of top London restaurants such as Maze, Petrus, Banquette, the Boxwood Café and The Savoy Grill.
He is currently one of only three chefs in the UK whose restaurant, Gordon Ramsay at Royal Hospital Road, is rated at three Michelin stars.
In total, Ramsay has been awarded a staggering 10 Michelin stars.
